All fans are not equal to the Greenheck fans you specify.  Here is one that has:  too much wiring between the motor and disconnect switch junction box, no disconnect switch, no vibration isolation, a plastic nameplate sticker which is prone to fading or falling off and electrical conduit as a structural support.
